Cold Start Rattle/Crackle
My 2024 raptor R is making the exact same noise. It sounds like a loose baffle in the muffler or something loose inside the exhaust system because I can still hear it when I'm giving it throttle after it being cold. It definitely sounds like internal exhaust not any internal VVT/oil pressure...- BenBihler
