Is anyone aware of how to adjust this body panel. I don’t know if my clips or what. But is misaligned from the factory it is on the driver side rear cab corner molding

It looks like two clips aren’t clipped but they look like they are on an internal brace of some sort

Looks like they will honor except for waving dealer fee of 300 dollars. I have to pay that as of today. Getting 9.7% off MSRP Picking it up tomorrow morning at 930 will do a test drive and walk around. Any other tips?
