OK, the non-rust comments are freaking me out a little bit. The presence of rust on a brand new truck was shocking to me. I figured I could just treat it with rust converter, paint, and then maybe some MPHD. Should I be thinking otherwise? Is this something I should bring up to a local dealer...

Yeah i was surprised too. It came from NY and was there during the storm, then hauled open carrier to me in scottsdale, where rust is a non-issue. Not sure what else to think or do. ideas? Doubtful the dealer will do anything. Oh, and happy bday to your ride! One of my favorites on here

Thanks fellas! On tint, the windshield is fine at night. The side windows are a little tough to see out of, especially on streets with no streetlights. WAY better during the day with the AZ sun though, so it's a decent tradeoff

I had heard from the forum that the afe filter was not that great (lets alot of particles through). I ordered a donaldson powercore filter to go on my afe intake for better filtration. Also will order an intake cover from 5star for offroading. Between those two things should be fine
