Being a Baja designs owner for 5 years some advice. Add anti-seize to the screws. Take my word after a few seasons in the weather the electrolysis between the aluminum and metal you will have screws that you cant get out.

That is a active grill out from of everything which pushes the air around the vehicle for better MPG nothing like the F150 shutter system. :)

Shudders are in front the cooler and yes for cold start to stop the moisture build up

Well ya naturally adding things infront the air flow will reduce the flow I was referring about removing the shudders. Removing them will add a small amount of flow but not enough to justify the relocation of the cooler. Ya cutting on a stock truck is crappy I hate it! lol In off road...

Ya did some front lights and was able to move the tires any way i needed no key. I love no power steering fluid coming out leaking when you force the wheels back and forth. :)

Personally for me I wouldnt go that route. Im not a fan of it. Understand trying to keep the color theme but Im not a fan. :)

Oh man who else loves the electric steering. Changing stuff on the gen 1 was a pain in the ass when you needed to have the key in to move the tires to do things. Man with this new system no key needed just turn the wheels where ya need to. I know its a small thing but I am happy. :)

Kinda a catch 22 cause while you need cooler IAT you need air flow to keep the truck cooler. Dont understand why some of these companies wont schedule some wind tunnel time and do some temp compares.

Well a button is not a permanent event. In order to make a change permanent it must change the PCM from a 1 to a 0 or a 0 to a 1. So ya the event is detectable and I meant to quote the other guy.. oops

It tells the truck through the PCM so there is a event that is registered.
