Installed some new bumper pieces today. More work still.

New Trans oil will clean up varnish. If you have run the truck hard and had some heat for long periods you could have some varnish ever so small but still might have some. The new oils can surely make a difference.

I dont mind the ecoboost name but they are really messing up naming the new 2015 2.3L turbo a ecoboost mustang and not the new SVO or ST mustang.

Added New flag mount on the new bumper for the spring 14 run.

Installed my new skidplate. Planned on Painting it with plasti dip for now and getting it coated with line-x later but dam the plastic dip looks great! I might just remove all the line-x and plastic dip the whole bumper!!! New flag mount added also.

First. there isnt a trans-axle on teh Raptor. I am guessing you mean halfshaft? If so then the shocks are install incorrectly. I have a 12. install my icons when new, at teh setting they came at and have zero problems with 21k miles on them now. IWE's work fine. all else works fine.

I have 8" rear and I need to add teh dimmer cause it can be s bit blinding. So I bet the 12" will be crazy back there!!!

Thats the re-positioning that is causing all the problems.

and its not only the cats that are the problem its the re-positioning of then. They are set a certain distance away. The headers now move them further down and the temps are different. Really all you would need is to retune the O2s with software but, the Ford strategy software is propitiatory...

Are you running a aftermarket intake system? If so, I would remove it and get it back to stock and see if you still have the knock.
