I removed the entire system and sold it. Installed the JBA system and modified the rear hanged setup on it.

I would charge the batter to full, disconnect it over night reattach it in teh morn check the voltage and see if it starts. Its the cheap way to test it. Did tehy load test the battery?

Speaking of this, is there a new harness for the 2012's? I still have not installed mine but getting ready and I heard that there is another plug and play harness available.

It should sound like something is wrong with the truck like its grinding gears or brushing along big rocks and destroying its self. LOL. The noise is the system generating brake line pressure and applying the brakes.

Ya, I called em, and on the web site it says it works with the stock system only but, it has been installed with other systems too but designed for the stock exhaust system. They said to just leave off the one side tension-er its not that big of a deal. I felt for teh money it cost I didnt like...

Had the same issue with mine, I was able to tweak the hangers a bit and add a few washers as spacers and it was ok but I still didnt like it. I sold the borla exhaust and installed a side exit JBA. So glad i switched to the JBA side exit its a much nicer install and I like the sounds just a well.

Ya agree, lol. Ive tested it out and the system is fine.. Its weird but it is what it is. The light is fine, the switches are fine, go figure.

Divided by 12v its 16a+, divided by 14v its just under 15a. It has stayed lit for 30 minutes before but most teh time it pops the 15a fuse in 10 minutss. The new style baja OnX6, 30" Driving/Combo LED Light Bar lists the Wattage/Amps: 189W / 15.75A Mine is the older version light

My 30in baja pops the fuse every 10-20 minutes on switch 3.

On one side I soldered a crimp and ran it through a hole so it looks like its a complete loop , teh other side I soldered a loop and locked it to the frame. I will take more pictures for ya if you want to see...
