when do you hear it? driving down the road? Got over 3,000 on mine, no issues. I assume you've lifted that rubber liner out? That whole console pulls apart pretty easily too. In fact I think some of the disassembly is covered in the owner's manual on the section about if the shift lock fails...
That's called Parking Lights Only I believe.
Parking Lights only (stock LEDs only)
BCM
726-26-02 x1xx xxxx xxxx
726-50-01 01xx
and I believe to get the change on line 50 you have to do this on 45 prior:
726-45-01 xxxx 7Fxx xxxx
As noted earlier in this thread, I had issues...
You'll notice some weird shifts, etc. especially during first 1,000 miles or so. Even then you'll wonder why it skips 4th gear or 5th gear from time to time...but that's just what it does. Aftermarket tunes are a likely fix...but have not seen a lot of feedback on how each different one...
Not sure what the 1 watt has to to do with it...but continuing...radio stations come in best when your receiver is tuned to the same frequency as the transmitter and your antenna resonates with the radio wave you're trying to receive. An antenna will work best when it is matched to the wave that...
If you're rocking that steering wheel I think you need to buy my watch...it'll look good on you and it's only collecting dust here. Just for you....$4,000. Limited Edition Martin Braun Grand Prix w/two extra never worn bands: one black and one yellow. Like this:
Nice touch. I had searched for the same ones. BD should supply them. If only you'd shown the same care with your sig: "ignot silver" haha just messing with ya! :ROFLJest: Perhaps I've had too much iggnog for tonight.
Since no one really gave you an explanation of how your truck works but just how to get the display back to showing the current gear...I'll take a stab at it:
This feature that is active when you see all 10 gears and what gear is currently selected is known as Progressive Range Selection.
Its...
1Up's are strong...but I gotta say IMO, ugly. The Küat Racks are my pick. The NV 2.0 is awesome. They combine amazing strength with ease of locking, loading, adjustability, etc. And they look awesome on Magnetic or Leadfoot trucks!
I was 6'4"+...now shrinking. The 2018 seats definitely sit higher than my 2011 did. The bigger annoyance is that because these seats were built for the average American male height of 5'10" (and probably even less to include the average female height of 5'4") and because the lumbar support is...
So a bit more on this (or I'm a moron on this). When I finally made the change to 726-45-01 xxxx 7Fxx xxxx so that I could write the values for DRL - Parking Lights and Low Beams Only...namely the change at 726-50-01 02xx it would mess up my truck. The front and rear cabin lights would stay...
Just sold my 2011 Gen1 to the local dealer a few hours ago...no looking back. Looked out the window at that old dinosaur for the last month or so since I got my 2018 halfway across the country from a different dealer. No regrets. Just didn't wanna **** with a private sale. If you love the...
I use the Mob Armor MobNetic Elite mount for my iPhone 6S. I find it to be the perfect placement of my phone to provide usefulness without distraction. For just bopping around town running errands and getting coffee ;-) it's simple to toss phone on the magnet and call it good.
Occasionally...
My experience is that the stock tires suck in serious snow and ice. For my 2011 I had Wrangler DuraTrac studded in LT325/65R18 mounted on Worx 803 Beast 18x9 black painted wheels. Drove like a winter rally car!
For the 2018 might do the same...or ?? But I'll start a winter tire thread for...
I have no clue where you live or how you intend to use your truck but here's my 2 cents:
If you're spending around $65,000 on a new truck...why wouldn't you get the options that make it a new truck? In the sense of technologies and conveniences that will make your daily drive more enjoyable...
So finally got a chance to go back to this. Need to test some more tomorrow, but problem I seemed to be having was after the change the interior cabin lights flash as it's writing. That part seemed pretty normal. But then when I'd start driving the lights came back on again. If I used the...
So are you saying you don't have your As Built files backed up to revert to?
You can plug your VIN in here and see what your As Built data was (use a text editor to read the file): https://www.motorcraftservice.com/AsBuilt
If you've only made changes to the BCM while trying to get your...
Oh man that sucks!! Glad everyone was OK. Spent last week in Michigan where they have 50,000 car / deer accidents a year!! Makes night/dusk/dawn driving that much more of an adventure. aaargh! Good luck.
