Post #109 is where I posted pics of the connector.
and the key thing to note that changes when you unplug this is:
if you (or anyone using your truck) is going to hook up a trailer make sure to plug it back...
I've been running in 4A almost exclusively and only in Normal drive mode. Don't want the Nanny mode ("Weather Mode") just yet. Weather Mode auto selects 4A but also lowers throttle response and optimizes shifting for slippery surfaces. I want full throttle response as half the time I'm...

I'd hate to see this thread die. While it has covered fuel octane pretty well...and even tried it's hand at towing capacity and limitations of the Raptor drivetrain and suspension...this slid by un-noticed in robbcwz's post:
The Raptor supplement shows spark plugs are SP534. Those of us who...
Hey Big. Probably a little bit depends on what you're looking for in terms of terrain, resort, food, etc...and how off your fastest route you want to detour. I'd definitely not miss Snowbird...I'm thinking of a day or two there in mid-April after Raptor Assault myself. And for any others...
Seems mechanical failure caused your collision with garage...if you fight the ticket on those grounds your chances of getting an understanding judge would probably be pretty good. If you have a tire blowout and you hit something...they're not typically going to issue a citation for reckless...
just need to remote drive it every Saturday. ;-)
any chance the real problem here is using the FordPass app? I loaded it to make my dealer happy then promptly did a system reset to remove it and have never looked back.
....
just read the torquenews article. sounds like FordPass is entirely...
Have a couple surface scratches...assume they'll rub out. Haven't done any protection yet. Door pillars have same issues as everyone...will need to address at some point. Overall I love Lead Foot...and have had many share that opinion with me. Very understated and low key. It shows dirt...
Let me Google that for you...smh.

$695 with free shipping is valid thru end of year is what I was told. Zach is the guy authorized to provide the pricing...but anyone should be able to get it done.
I did my purchase all via Chat (with Blake). That way you won't have...
Wait. You're completely acting like buying a used 2017 is the same truck as buying a new 2018. The day you get it, it will be worth less...and every day from there on out. Model years matter...and 2018 is preferable to 2017. Not much changed, but new and not the 1st year of the run...plus...
And now that I moved the metal plate to the outside of my phone case instead of inside, the mount is more solid than ever. Wouldn't hesitate to go offroad with it. Between the soft rubber magnet cover and an ultra strong magnet, Mob Armor rules. No rattles, zero movement, highly adjustable...
Turning off the noise is not the problem. It seems the question is whether you can lose the engine noise enhancement but keep active noise cancellation.
So the more I’m understanding about the system(s) at work in our trucks...the more I now want to experiment. So it seems we may not merely be turning off fake engine sounds when we make the change in FORScan...we are more likely disabling a noise cancellation circuit that also has engine sound...
pasting from the other Forum (F150):
The F150 only has ENE (engine noise enhancement) aka ESE (engine sound enhancement) versus ANC (advance noise cancellation). They are basically the opposite of each other.
ESE - 2.7L GTDI And 3.5L GTDI With Satellite Radio Only
ESE is an audio system...
the "0" is what worked for me on my 2018 to turn it off.
Liv...never really understood the various codes. FT = front tweeters, CS = chime strategy, is ANC = automatic noise cancelling (which is just Fords nice way of maybe saying noise cancelling PLUS fake engine noise) or is the fake engine...
FORScan ... search here you'll find the tweak thread with all the links.
You are turning off false sounds which are being created...so yes, of course, it is quieter. Now when you don't have fake engine noises drowning out other noises, will you maybe hear your dog panting in the back seat...

and over in the Gen2 misfire thread many suggested:
the Motorcraft SP-542 (cold plugs) spaced at .028. They will come in with a larger spacing.
P/N SP542
Ford P/N CYFS092YPT
6 spark plugs are required
I have not seen an actual plug recommendation from Whipple, only gap of .025".
