Search of RaptorFinder.com showed less than 5 builds that matched everything I wanted (or more accurately, didn't want). Dealer showed +$5,000 on AutoTrader, Cars.com and their website. Called and had a nice chat. Settled on $1,000 over and they're helping me out with some logistics. Fly and...
Jake, Thanks!! Just troubleshooting mine and found this post. Great reference. That video is the one that popped up last night when I Googled.
To be clear, driver side heat seems all good. It is the passenger side and rear seat that seem to have gone on mine. You mention your passenger...
So I just got done with the driver's seat heat (that was easy) and the rear backup cam (another easy one). Now passenger heat (and rear) blows cold. I think it's the actuator behind the Sync unit...but not sure. Saw a couple of those videos that were mentioned. Do they cover how to...
Agreed. After all the crap with crazy ADMs I've kind of settled on just keeping my perfectly fine 2011. Fixed all the stuff that broke in-warranty but I never brought to the dealer in time...so now my butts warm and I have a rearview camera. haha. My nearest dealer (~2hrs away) is still...
Murph...so did you get a 2017 or 2018? Did it matter either way to you?

sounds like something the State Attorney General's office would want to hear about
My 2011 rear backup camera has been toast for quite some time. (it was under warranty when it died but like the driver's seat heat I never got it fixed before warranty ran out) Anyway...just trying to get a few things fixed now.
I checked all the connections and other things people have...
everything was a perfect match for me until...they ruined it (was $66,970):

and if you are willing to take the time and effort to swap in a number of different zipcodes strategically spaced around a state...you can pinpoint every vehicle that RaptorFinder tells you exists. I say strategically because Ford's search tool maxes out at a 100 mile range. This site can help...
Welcome. I am in complete agreement with you about the asshole dealers! Tried buying a 2017 from the dealer where I took delivery of my current Raptor (and offered it for trade). $7,500 over MSRP!! If they have the balls to call me back I'll tell them to f&ck off.
GABA... Looks great!! Did Northbay have to remove the Raptor side graphics before wrapping or did those stay in place...to be revealed again when you unwrap it? Does the wrap completely mask them?
so talked with the dealer...planning a visit next week. I too am getting the excessive heat in my driver's side pad...looks to be nearly identical in location to the video that BIGJ posted and stinking bad just like GIFFORDT noted. Although mine has the beautiful aroma of burning leather and...
17's or 18's seem good...
315/70R17 with 12.7" section and 34.4" dia
325/65R18 with 13.0" section and 34.8" dia
.... or I suppose could roll winter 20's. :peace:
275/65R20 with 11" section, 34.1" dia
or
325/60R20 with 13" section and 35.6" dia
...also noticed those wheelsboutique.com ADV1 images didn't have the lightbars in the grill or lower bumper and had blacked out mirror reflectors...so could have been a timing thing or Photoshop thing...but I'm wondering if I'm correct to think maybe someone mistakenly posted those pics thinking...
I saw one photo that you posted in this thread...where someone was asking to see some 37's.

I guess perhaps I am a fan!! Nice! Now I wanna know more.
In that thread you said that they were not ADV1's...but rather a custom one-off...
So just trying to keep up....Did you decide to go with 37's on 22's? Are you still waiting on shipping/installation/etc? Pictures? Not a fan but happy for you...and the wheel and tire guys.
Well the cold definitely helps...when you hear the tires squeeking on the snow. Keeps the treads clear. As for counterintuitive...not really. It is not about the softness of the rubber as much as it is about the stickiness of the snow. Think skiing/snowboarding in cold light powder vs heavy...
