I'd probably use a base system that allows easy side mount access. Leitner Designs Active Cargo System or RCI Metalworks bed rack come to mind. If you're more into something like the Thule above you could also check out TracRac. Then for the board mounting the "finger looking" locking...

I think they get 5 or 6 Raptors per month at Ray Skillman. I recommend calling them whether they have exactly what you want or not...they can probably make it happen. (side note: also a Roush Performance dealer) Dakotah and John were easy to work with.

Had this come on during my drive across Kansas yesterday. So much crosswind gusting...was blowing me all over the place. It is triggered by excessive lane departures and works regardless of lane departure system setting. Can’t imagine it ever would be triggered under normal conditions.
