I’ve heard several times elsewhere that it has new turbos and even if the released numbers are correct they show the peak power has moved up in the rpm range which is a good indicator the turbos are breathing better... so your theory sounds about right and would perform even better from tunes...
I saw that you said that in your original post but thought you were exaggerating lol I’m from Corpus Christi and we are lucky to have 2(if that) on the lot.. I can’t imagine that many on a lot hopefully that’s a sign my order gets picked up through her
I’m willing to bet there will be a bump of some sort, probably won’t be much but just for the sake of saying it has “more power” they will add something.... this must have been a slipped up release because this truck will be a 2022 anyways
I am working with Jack too on a order. She has confirmed my selections, as far as the 10th goes she will submit the order and we don’t need to do anything correct? She said she doesn’t need anything else from me just wondering if we will get a confirmation that day or later. Originally she said...
Big blue hit the nail on the head it’s the rotating mass that kills performance Toyo and nittos are very heavy which most people use so they feel them a lot when they go to 37’s as for the Ko2’s the weight difference is like 4.7lbs per tire I believe between the two sizes which is not to bad...
I’m thinking 90 because loaded gen 2’s were 80ish weren’t they?so the r versions are usually another 12-15k in other fords I think so I’m thinking 80plus another 10 or 15 for the R idk just speculating
Lol yeah I’m thinking 90ish too without ADM starting to question the price difference between a loaded standard Raptor and R and if it’s worth the price and longer wait
I suspect the 550tq is right since the axle manufacturer would need that info to make sure their product would hold up but based off off previous statements by Ford with the higher compression, bigger turbos and better exhaust I’m sure that 450hp is wrong I’m thinking 490-500hp
Damn why can’t they just make the Recaro’s black! They would have a lot more people ordering them or a lot less people pist off that they had to get them with the “37 package” I don’t understand why they would do this
So I got on a list with a bigger dealership(many allocations) a month ago at MSRP just not sure if I should take this option with the smaller dealership seriously
I have a cousin who works at a small dealership and says he can order me a raptor for under msrp(take a cut on his pay). How can I make sure they have allocations?
