I’m doing a similar route...
Bought the 602s in 17”. Going from factory beadlocks ( 34 #s). Down to 24#s with the venomrexs. Doing either 37s in KO2s load D I believe are only 69.x factory KO2s are 64.x. Or may do the KM3s. I think are around 80# in load D for 37x 12.5x 17, Costco guy...
Yes they’ll fit on stock rims, and actually for street use you would have less trimming if any to do on the front fender liners with the factory off set vs a 0mm or - offset wheel setup. Depending on what type of collars/ springs you upgrade in the front end.
Serves them right, when I was looking for mine near the end of 2017 Klaben in Kent had an AG screw that the manager had driven a few thousands miles on as his daily, and they still want a few thousand over MSRP for it, I laughed hard at that one when the salesman called me back with the story.
Yeah the gave me the speech to that they can’t mount anything larger than 3% over what comes factory on any given vehicle, but if I bring loose wheels in they can mount anything up. Which is what I plan to do. The tech gave me the ‘wink’ that he thinks they’re going to do the buy 3 get 1 tire...
debating between the KO2s or KM3s for a set of 37”s in a few weeks on new venom Rex wheels. How’s the ride? Are you running the Load Range Ds? Costco techs say they can get 37 KM3s in load C and D. Only see D listed on BFGs website though.
Thanks guys! Now to see what other specials may or may not happen on other wheels I’m considering before the sale on these ends at the end of November.
I had this issue start with the popping on start up in and out of Revese and to drive. Along with hard3-4-5 shifts up and down the shifting sequence, randomly. It started around 20k. Dealer did the reflash, went away for awhile. Came back now at 33K and a worse/ harder popping. Making an...
I would agree with this line of thought.
I had the SPD catted DPs on my truck for about 2 weeks ( took them off because I didn’t care for the increase in sound/ rasp, overpowering the sound I had from my CAI sound, yes personal preference I know...)
that being said, at the time I had Roush CAI...
it’s has been a while since I’ve done it, but I could swear when I last used forscan to reset a DtC I saw something on that screen that a line item stating “ # of ignition cycles” which was then reset to 0 ( along with a list of other things it was tracking) once it cleared and reset any of the...
would the excuse of you used ForScan or another OBD II reader to reset some Trouble codes be suffice not? Or is it a harder reset / time stamp event when removing a tune from the truck?
Having same issues with mine as OP
If I unplug the phone the Waze MPH goes back to reading correct, plug it back into Sync and its off ( High) again. Must be a sync issue
I would order the full race throttle body spacer and not cut off the factory fuel support pipe or use the supplied splitter from TS. Spend the $100 now and be done with it vs having to buy a new $50-60 hose/fitting later as well
Well ordered a full race throttle body spacer the other night. Best to my door price I could find was Stage 3 motor sports with a $5 off coupon code and free shipping. Just picked up a variety pack of heat shrink tubing to try and reuse / fix the hard pipe vacuum line connection. If that...
Kind of how I felt, Yes it’s annoying at times, sure they should have picked a better option in design if it truely can effect the fuel pressure sensor or whatever that thing is on the other end of the tube. Is it worth spend $160-$200 now for me to change it out????? I dunno??? Helps...
Mine has had the sprinkler noise at times ( tick tick tick tick tick tick...) usually only hear it at idle/ stopped at red lights, etc. worse with the hood up and you head under the hood of course, lol. I have not had any codes thrown by it though, sounds like higway420 does have something...
Icon gives that disclaimer because the factory bump stops strike on the 2” block that you remove when installing these leafs/ or Deavers for that matter. So you need to either get their bump stop extension kit, which is basically a 2” puck and longer bolt, or if you are using an upgraded bump...
No I left them at option 1 as shipped, was able to bend them apart a bit leaf by leaf with a screwdriver as a wedge and shot the mphd in with the straw attachment.
If you’re going to option 2 or 3 I’d do it with them off the truck so you can coat them easier and it’s probably to do off the...
Nope removed 2” block, the rear leafs settled down to where they should be in a few hundred miles... now I’m on the verge of having to up it to option 2 as it sits negative 1/2” rake in the rear vs front with the Geisers on and a full tank of gas.
I've been wondering the same thing on an Avalanche screw. i was going to order them in the gunmetal grey color, but they were out of stock in that color when i came across them.
and whoever that Ray something guy is on all the different gen 2 facebook forums that won't update his generic RRV...
