So I saw another member here who sprayed their wheel wells with Upol Raptor spray. Very easy to apply. I sanded the wheel wells, masked everything off (i didnt apply any tape to the fenders after seeing all the stories about tape peeling paint off them) wiped down with alcohol, sprayed adhesion...
I have some silver metallic vinyl and a vinyl cutter. I'll just cut a couple small circles and put them on there. Curious how well it'll hold up. If anyone's interested i can send you some
Mechanical breakdown insurance. Only a handful of insurance companies offer it. Similar to an extended warranty, you pay a deductible and can have the truck fixed anywhere of your choosing.

I had my Fuel wheels I bought from Justin @Pacific Wheel installed yesterday less than 24 hours of owning the truck. They are 17x9 and I'm happy I went with these vs the rebels.
I’ll get some pics up tomorrow once the new wheels are on.
Process was painless. Handed them a check, signed some docs, told the finance guy to skip the sales pitch and we were done. Finance guy was surprised to hear of MBI which geico offers and stopped his extended warranty pitch when I told...

Thanks for reaching out. If you look inside the collar there is a grooved ledge. This is how far the spacer will drop in order to seat on the oem spring clips. So in theory it may be taller but our spacer should drop down deeper onto the clips.
I dont think rail car info is super accurate. FP says mine is still in West Chicago but the dealer told me it was unloaded in the rail yard here in Denver.
I was always under the impression you want sheeting vs droplets. I believe I read that droplets lead to water spots where sheeting removes water from the entire panel
All good, I'm happy with the replacement choice. Looks better in person! Good news is, dealer called and said the truck is sitting at the rail yard. Another week or so!
mine was pending up to 3/31 and is now 3/31-4/6....i think the rail car is traveling at 4mph
EDIT: Dealer called me last night, said the truck is at the rail yard in Denver and could take about a week to go 20 miles to the dealer. Sounds about on par with everything else.
Ehhh....according to FP truck is still on a train somewhere in Chicago, one week now. Still has an eta of 3/31, but I doubt it'll make that ETA. My expectations are another 2 weeks.
