Was scheduled for week of 2/7 and now have a build date of 2/8. Curious how this all plays out in terms of built, to shipping to actually arriving at the dealer.
Curious how long the dealer will give me to secure financing, since I plan on going with a credit union who will need to overnight me...
It all depends on how many allocations the dealer has each month. I put my order in early October and wasn't part of the dealer's allocation until November, and didn't get a Vin until late December.
I currently have DCU. They’re definitely not the lowest. The best rate I’ve found is with Carolina Cooperative Federal Credit Union. You do have to jump through some hoops to join. I plan on using them when my truck comes in, that is, if it ever comes in.
Mostly have to take their word for it. Seems like allocations are doled out on a monthly basis. I ordered Oct 3rd, but wasnt part of my dealers allocations until November and finally got a build date for Feb
Would this mean that this coming Thursday (12/9), there should be a few MY22 orders being picked up for 2/7 & 2/14? Really hope I get one of these dates at this point. Oct 4th order and dealer is telling me i was part of their November allocation.

My dealer reached out to me saying that my order that was placed back on Oct. 4th was picked up as part of the dealers November allocation.
So Thursday's I understand are when builds are scheduled. Anyone know what time these schedules are attached to a build? Or, am I better off just checking with FP on Fridays?
That’s exactly what I did. Process is a bit slow since Carolina Cooperative snail mails everything to you. Once they open an account for you, you’re then able to apply for an auto loan online.
I ordered 10/4 (801A, 35", auto stop/start removed) and FP still has me at unscheduled clean. Can FP really tell if an order is against an allocation or not?
I was always under the impression wrapping over textured plastic was damn near impossible. I have an Oxford white on order, so I'm curious how this will go for you.
I could be wrong (and I'm sure someone will correct me if i am), but I dont believe that is true. From what I understand is, the lower the priority number on the order sheet the higher priority that order is for the dealer. Most in here who have ordered, have a 19 or lower priority number. And...
