Which CU did you use? I’ve seen several mentioned on this forum and planned on going with Carolina Cooperative since they offer 1.9% for 72 and up to 84
You can spray it down, but don’t dry it with towels since you didn’t wash it to remove all the dirt. If you do decide to dry it, flip your towel on every panel and use a few towels. Of course this is only my recommendation and what i’d do, others may have a different perspective
I bought SVC perch collars and hit up my buddy who owns a shop to get a quote. Per their shop policy, they will not install customer purchased collars, or equipment in general. Now im waiting for a quote on collars and install, I'll update when I have a quote
That site is going to get hammered over the next few days. I dont like the new layout, prefer the old build layout better. Im also willing to bet dealers are going to be inundated with build sheets from people who know nothing about how allocations work.
i'll follow suit...Order tracker working for me too. Window sticker hasn't been generated yet, but that's to be expected. The closer and closer I get to a build date, the more I wonder how long shipping will take.
Any differences between the 2 collars? I see the SVC is a one piece design with no bolts, and is roughly half the price. Are people just brand loyal with RPG?
I doubt demand will taper off this year, especially with allocations so few and far between. People have proven time and again, they are willing to pay the ADM. A 15k - 30k ADM to you isn’t worth it, but some people have more money than smarts and have no issue forking it over.
First round of scheduling this year is taking place tomorrow. Feel like I haven’t heard many November or December orders scheduled yet.
Again, this also depends on your dealers allocations for each month. July august assuming your dealer has an allocation sounds about right
What I've noticed in some of the precut vinyl that companies sell for those posts are, they come cut for almost an exact fit. It doesn't leave you a ton of room for stretching the vinyl. Id just buy some gloss black 3M vinyl on amazon and apply it to the pillar. Gives you a bit more room for...
PPF stealth on the entire truck has got to cost a pretty penny. I had a quote for PPF on the front, hood, fenders and some odd pieces here and there. There was an upcharge due to size and it came out to just about $3k for mostly the front part of the truck. However, they said they could wrap the...
Good to know, wonder if their service department in Denver (Littleton/Lakewood) area is better. I’ve had my current truck serviced at Groove ford and they were great, I wouldn’t hesitate to take my raptor there at all
Weird that you ordered a 22 in September. I thought order banks for 22s didn’t open till October. I placed an order early October, got a allocation which was part of their November allocation. If you don’t have anything by now I’d be asking for answers.
Also, I saw another post in here about...
That’s a pretty cool mount, even cooler that it was 3D printed. Have you considered selling them? I know the market isn’t huge but I bet a few around here would jump on it
I'll keep an eye out for the windshield protection fee. I plan on having the front of the truck PPF'd as well as the windshield. I've had a few broken windshields out here. Enjoy the truck!
Congrats on the new Raptor. I also ordered from Phil Long back in October and have a build date for Feb. Hearing they stuck to MSRP once the truck arrived makes me feel a bit better. Did they ask you to use their financing or anything like that? If you dont mind me asking, which sales rep did...
I’ve done that drive before in white out conditions. Took forever, stuck behind a plow. The good thing about the drive to mammoth from SoCal, there isn’t a ton of mountain driving.
