Here are some pics of the bumper mounted to the hitch frame. I’m not sure if this is the way it’s supposed to look. I have attached the passenger side (damaged bumper part) and the driver side for comparison. Does this look right?

hi guys thanks for the input. I’ve noticed what’s happening is that whenever I soft close my tailgate it would open like a charm. However when I slam my tailgate closed, it would not open. Maybe a latch problem? I am going to take it to the dealer soon. (Btw I have extended warranty)

UPDATE: Went to the Ford dealership and spoke to customer service. Got approved for replacements for all 4 wheels the same day later that afternoon. Ceramic coated them with gtechniq c5..... Hopefully won’t have this issue again.... Any other tips from preventing my wheels from pitting again??
