If it is the no-cut bumper, I think it is two bolts. Pretty easy DIY job, but 1 hour shop time would cover it, so $70 to $150 depending on rates in your area. That said...if you're spending money on an aftermarket bumper, buy a frame-cut bumper.

Just switched my SW headers back to stock manifolds and almost did it myself in the driveway. I ended up taking it to a shop and they had this issue as well. I also had a motor mount bolt back out, gouge the starter, and cracked the mount. Made me so glad I didn't do it myself, but I feel for you.
