I’m curious why you mention the jump to a F-250 rather than comparison to an F-150? An F-250 is a beast of a workhouse and likely way more than you need based on what listed above. Are you having issues with sag with your current setup?
Hey, have any of you GEN2 owners upgraded your brake lines to stainless? Anyone go with Crown Performance? How much did it help with braking performance/pedal feel?
If you mean 25% (Two gage shims are provided; one for setting to 25% and another for 40%) I am estimating probably around an inch. The Raptor takes a different part number than the regular F-150s. It is a standard duty.

I used the black thickness gage, which is the 40% setting. It raised my back end by 2.5” over stock, which was perfect for my setup as the front with RPG collars was sitting an 1” higher than the rear. Now I have a subtle 0.5” rake.
