    Dremel with a cut off wheel or sanding drum, die grinder, all will work great, all I did was draw out the cut lines, drilled a hole in each corner, to keep the rounded edge, and cut my straights, nice working with glass cuts easy.

    Ok, got the LED's completed, also modded/opened factory vent hole (WIZ1500 MOD), didn't add any extra vent holes, just opened up the factory hole, giving it a little more, more holes can be added if needed, and can be done with out removing the vent, took a few pic's to show, thank god its done...

    Take you about 1/2 hr removing the heat shield and vents, THEN another 1/2 hr removing the plastic PAIN IN THE ASS clips you need to reuse. Or rip them out, and replace with new ones, I might not reinstall them, not sure yet, tomorrow will tell when I hard wire it all in and complete.

    There is no space, if you pull the vent and look at the back, you will see the letters lay on the fenders. Page 10 or 11 shows how I did it, if you have a dark colored truck you will need to use masking tape so you can see the out line, all I did was trace out the letters with a sharpie marker...

    Thanks Nick, FROZE my ass off after work for 45 min with the dremel today, but well worth it over the EL tape, weather and washing takes it toll on it, and no more little transformer to power it up. just hope 4 under each hood vent is gonna be enough.
