Hey everyone, I know the valve train on the 6.2s is supposed to be loud and considered normal but I saw an interesting video yesterday. It was a video if a 2018 mustang gt and he was complaining about the engine ticking as well. I know its a different motor than ours but he fixed the ticking...
I know these trucks are known to have loud valve trains but that does seem a little excessive. I also think mine is starting to get louder as well I might have it looked at here soon.
After some more driving and a tire rotate/ balance i really dont think it is the shocks. When going down the highway and I hit little bumps it pulls my steering wheel hard right. It never really seems to pull it left much if at all. Anyone have any ideas on what to check?
From everything I understand about gen 2 shocks on a gen 1 is you need to retain the factory gen springs. So to me that seems like you would need to buy the gen 1 geiser springs and not the gen 2.
you would need to first run those wires to an amp if that amp accepted hi level input. after that it would go from amp to subs or a line out converter like an LC2i then amp to subs.
That is the exact catch can I got and I also ordered it from them as well. It fits your 6.2 and comes with a firewall bracket to keep it out of the way of everything.
I have no checked that yet thank you. Would a low fluid level keep the pedal from coming all the way forward because that is whats happening. The pedal doesn't come all the way forward to make contact with the switch that turns the light off.
