I started driving 18 wheelers in 2002 and have worked for many companies that have these systems in the trucks since then. Through the Qualcom system They can actively monitor speed, and a whole host of other things, if I had a engine warning light, they could tell me what the issue was. Heck...
Safelite replacement windshield has the F150 logo. It is OEM windshield. You have to tell them that's what you want cause it costs more than a regular plain one.
I have the Roush catback installed and my Y-pipe does point down slightly. I don't like that it does that either. I guess they did it like that to make sure its not touching the bumper. But both of the pipes are straight on mine. Didn't have any other fitment issues like you're describing...
