$44,912 sounds about right for invoice for a scab with 801a, correct?
have any of you guys tried waiting without getting any updates? You just call to check if it was in the system and then when it is confirmed, just don't ever check until you get that phone call from the dealer saying your baby has arrived! I think this route would be much more stress free, may...
dealer by me I'm most likely going to go with is telling me they have to run my credit before I order. This doesn't make sense to me, has this happened to any of you?
looks like the cutoff date at the Dearborn plant is 08/30/13 and they will start accepting orders for 14 on 08/19/13 with production starting in October
if you buy out of state, once you come in state you are going to have to pay the taxes on it anyway. By getting the truck out of state the money you are just saving is the price you pay for the truck I'm assuming.
got in contact with Steve! quoted me a price of 48,172 with appx $100 in other fees! going to pull the trigger today or tomorrow! About how long does it take to get the truck in my hands? 3 months or so?
I'm from ocean county in nj. I'm going to call a dealer out in pa to see what they can do. From the list it says they were under invoice, so we will see.
Yeah I just checked it you are right, just a couple hundred extra. If they were willing to negotiate the deposit I would go through them. He claims it's dealership policy though so what are ya gonna do
Dealer came down to 1500 over invoice which he claimed would bring the total to 50,000. I'm pretty sure that isn't correct and they are lying. He said its dealer policy that 10% down is required for order on any vehicle so I guess there is no budging there. Looks like I'm off to another dealer...
the dealer I just talked to right where I lived insisted that I pay a 10% non refundable deposit and they are iffy about coming down from msrp of 52,285. He said he would call me back. Looks like I'm on to the next dealer
The dealer by my house wants msrp and a 10% non refundable deposit! He said he's going to call me back when he talks to his manager to see if they can go down on the number. But 10% non refundable?? Are you other guys dealing with the same thing?
thanks a lot for the help guys! I never ordered a vehicle brand new before so this experience is all going to be new to me. And that green raptor is sick!! All I've seen were other vehicles with the matte green, never a raptor. Thanks again guys!
My credit I'm pretty sure is in the 700's last time I checked, so I assume I should be ok. Just a matter of who and where I want to finance from. A part of me wants the dealer because it is so convenient, I am undecided.
hey guys I am new here, I am in the market for a raptor within the next couple months. I'm either going to get the screw in terrain or black I haven't decided yet. But my uncle owns a vinyl shop and I was thinking of wrapping it in matte olive green. Thoughts? Anyway here is my question...
