I always assumed the cutoff date meant that if you did not order a 13 by that date you will not get one and have to wait for a 14. The way most of these guys are making it sound is that if your truck doesn't have a build date before the cutoff date then you would then have a 14. Im not sure, but...

it is the absolute worst. I don't know why they just can't build the orders as they get them in. Makes sense to me.

Could very well be. I ordered a terrain scab with 801a and a spray in liner. Or allocation for the dealer I ordered from is running thin. The order system at ford blows a bag of dicks.

No worries at all! And certainly no anger towards Steve! He is doing his job as a salesman, he cannot speed up the rate ford pulls his orders. It is just very frustrating seeing orders get pulled that were ordered after the date in which we ordered.

ordered mine 5/6 from van bortel as well. I don't even bother calling svt or ask blood anymore for updates.

Something about seeing someone get a build date before me when they ordered way after I ordered mine just makes me so pissed. However, I know this process is way more complex then when you just placed your order.

Just check the dealers close to invoice thread brotha! Im glad I found this site months before I decided I wanted to order a raptor or I would be one of those misinformed customers walking into a dealer buying one off their lot at the mercy of whatever they wanted to charge for the truck.
