    Did they ever work? If no try disconnecting / re-connecting the wiring harness to the unit. If the problem is happening using Android Auto or Carplay, try running apps direct from the screen to see if they work.

    Watch the setup video OP posted, they show you how to do it (setting the screen for manual climate controls). It removes the climate controls from the bottom of the screen. I assume the buttons will still work after that.

    I think I'll be good w this screen protector. Colors definitely muted, but I'm not experiencing and hues and glare is considerable reduced. No touch issues. Both pics sunroof open / cloudy day.
