Rear sway bar kit from Hellwig. Comes with brand new hardware, new links and bushings. Installed for approx. 2 years. It helps drastically with Raptor rear soft suspension roll when cornering. Has 3 settings for anti-roll stiffness. $150 plus shipping.
You're gonna want to open the moon roof and hook up the fifth wheel there. It will help distribute the weight much better and your MPG won't be as bad.
Agreed with Aaron.
You can buy the best most reliable product in the world and still have issues. The real problem is dealing with warranty and the dealer.
When I first got my truck I had an extremely irritating ticking sound coming from the door panels. Went to the dealer 5 times, and 2 times...
Any other maintenance freaks out there? I keep detailed records of each and every service. Most of which I do myself.
To date I have spent $4,227.11 with 76k on the clock owned for 2,045 days. That includes parts & labor... Some things I have done are 11 oil changes, transmission flush...
IIRC he was running KM2's right? A true 37". I think he tried airing down and compressing with a ratchet but still wouldn't fit. But there are members who stuffed the original KO 37" just barely and that was 36.3". I'm wondering how the KO2 will fit since it's now 36.5". A tiny difference but I...
I had deezee send me a new one about 2 year ago. Maybe longer but it was right after another member posted they changed the design. But I still had that one fail on me.
Do you happen to have a pic of what the new style looked like?

I camp out of the bed, so the bed space is a priority for me. The chances of needing the spare are a lot slimmer than using the bed space. I already know it's a bitch to get out but it's a price I'm willing to pay.
Make sure to do the nutsert modification. I had 2 of the tailgate assists fail because of the provided nutsert. Finally fixed it for good after 2 years.
I have no need for the tire, but I will be travelling to St Petersburg next weekend. If anybody needs them picked up and delivered to Atlanta, I can help. Good luck with the sale!
I got a strange issue. The rear cargo light that's on the 3rd brake light won't light up. I tried swapping both bulbs for good ones and that I tested and it still won't work. Third brake light is good though, the 3 red LED's work fine. Just the cargo light...
I checked fuse #12 inside the cab...
I went through this very similar situation you're in right now about 2 months ago. My front bumper was ripped off and I contemplated a stock or aftermarket bumper. I ended up going aftermarket because of the looks, approach angle, and how much stronger the new bumper is. And I had it Line-X'ed...

Try using a universal joint socket adapter or a swivel spark plug socket.
There's some good recommendations here: http://www.fordraptorforum.com/f7/diy-6-2-spark-plug-change-55833/index2.html#post1178956
Canister Purge Valve is really easy to replace. Check out this post here: http://www.fordraptorforum.com/f7/diy-maintenance-thread-12330/index6.html#post842599
Best of luck with the transmission issue. Hopefully you can take it back to the shop you had it rebuilt at since it's only been 10k miles.
