Seriously?! Are you new here? Do you not know how the process works? You are either really green to the Raptor order process or super naive. If you read just a little bit here you can learn how the process works. Your dealer is like 98% of them out there. They do not know shit. They are basing...
Super simple to confirm. Call Ford Performance. They can confirm “the process is moving along”. If scheduled clean you are no different than the rest of us and like I said your dealer is FOS. You’ve ordered 4 Raptors so you should know this. FP is taking calls now. Give us an update. Would love...
This 99.9% confirms your dealer doesn’t have a clue, is full of shit and lies like most of them do. I will eat my words if you can show a production date or VIN. Ford Performance can confirm this for you tomorrow morning with a simple 5 minute phone call. Prove me wrong.. please!!
Dealer called yesterday and said the new shock is in. I’m scheduled for Friday am for them to replace it. I will update after. Again I’m not to optimistic as I can hear/feel it in the front over bumps before the rear even gets to the bump at low speed. I believe I have multiple bad shocks.
When I took mine in I told them about the clunk. Told them it’s been there since day one. Told them not to call me and say they couldn’t duplicate it. I said I would gladly go with the tech so we can sort it now. They called and said they heard it and it coming from the right rear. I asked how...
Which Bergstrom Ford store did you purchase from? I’m from Appleton WI. Quite familiar with them. Have bought a few cars from them over the years. Currently waiting on an X5 we ordered last month for my wife. My dad and I both ordered Raptors last June. We worked with their “performance” guy at...
Nothing is free. Not sure why people don’t understand that. You are the reason we pay the rates we do. I have never had a homeowners or auto claim in my 26 insurance paying years. That’s not because I’m lucky. It’s because I’m not turning in a $1500 claim so my rates can go up. Insurance to me...
I was crawling around under my truck today. I wanted to check on the insulation above the driveshaft. It was fine. While I was under there I noticed the output shaft seal on the back of the front diff is seeping gear oil. Not enough to leak drops to the ground but enough to be all over the cross...
This guy!! Wow!! If it isn’t “no one paid MSRP” ..NARC cop.. *****. I sure hope we don’t have idiots with this type of character and personality as drug cops! Holy shit where do these clowns come from!?
Here is my question.. we have primarily 91 here. And I can easily get this WITHOUT ethanol. Or I can get 93 octane from one station here but it HAS 10% ethanol. What is better? The higher octane but with ethanol or the slightly lower octane with no ethanol.
I bought the gen2 rokbloXz. They fit well. Had to relocate a couple of holes on the flap to match the factory truck bolt location. Very happy with the overall result.
Same feeling on mine. Almost feels like a loose suspension or steering ball joints or similar. I thought this just couldn’t be normal so I hopped in my dads GEN 3. Same exact thing. I chalked it up to a Ford thing. Coming from my RAM and a solid feeling front end this really bothers me. Really...
Same thing on mine and my dads. I think it was supposed to be the brushed stainless. I actually like the stainless but don’t mind the CF either. Definitely glad I didn’t pay $1000 for it.
Boy I’m still not decided. It’s my first Raptor and Ford for that matter but so far I’m just not a fan. I haven’t really jumped on it as I’m still under 200 miles from new but right now I actually prefer the sound and power delivery from my 2019 Ram 5.7. Still need some time on this..
