The amount they want for their cheapest performance motor is far in excess of what it will cost for a Ford long block. Unfortunately, I am not able to cover the sizable gap right now. Plus when I asked about that specifically the rep told me "no way". Guess I'll just get a new motor and call it...
Man looking at what they are capable of there this may get expensive. At least I'll have the insurance chipping in. I may be able to turn this cluster into an opportunity. Saw they have a veterans discount. Yup this may get ugly!
Thanks everyone for the fast replies and great referral. Pretty...
Wow that's crazy cheap. Can you send me a pm with the info. I'll have to take a look and see what's up. I'm thinking Livernois right now but I'll have more information this week from the insurance company.

Even if it costs $20,000 for repairs they still save. These trucks hold value like crazy.
The truck is a 2010 scab. Appraiser came out and appraised at $35,000. Gave approval to move forward with repairs since a total loss would be more. The truck has 70,000 miles and the ESP coverage. Not sure how the claim affects any warranty's. Contacted a local dealer but they haven't gotten...
Hello all,
Well I hydrolocked and destroyed my 6.2 during an accident. Insurance is covering cost of repairs. Looking for rebuild kits or suggestions for rebuild shops in the Toledo Ohio area. This just happened so not sure how this will all work out. Has anyone had a dealer do a rebuild? How...
Be there
Got registered today. Can't wait. Sounds like a huge amount of time, effort, and professionalism are going into this event. This will be our first FRF event. See you all there.
Photo Opp
So my wife is a commercial photographer and since we are going to be there anyway from Fri to Sunday she wanted me to extend the offer that anyone that needs a pic of their truck can let me know and she will hook it up. No charge she just loves what she does...
Be there
I'm also headed up this Friday thru Sunday. Looks like a pretty good time. Maybe I'll have the Mrs get a shot like that if I can get the steering wheel out of her hands!
Thanks for the heads up. This will be my first time out there. I just got the truck a few months ago. Looking forward to just playing around and seeing what trouble I can get in. Been wheeling for about 10 years in a variety of vehicles so hopefully I won't get in too much trouble! Thanks again.
Looks positive
Thanks Big Blue. The changes look positive and hopefully things will go smooth with the transitions. Either way, I'll see everyone out there.
I am trying to figure out what bracket is used by SDHQ with their hidden winch mount. The bracket mounts a 4 inch light on either side of the fairlead. Anyone know what bracket they use? I know that Ridgid makes one but I am not sure what lights I will be purchasing. Any help is...
