This is my biggest concern. My 23 is the worst truck I’ve ever bought (so far) regarding QC as well as the most expensive. Ive had more problems in 2k miles than my g2 had in 95k. I love the truck but the quality is down across the board. Paint is soft, panels misaligned, leather looks horrible...
If you’re talking about the rears, I just switched from the Orvis (that I loved) to 4Knines to gain seat anchors since I had a kid. It’s well built and looks good enough. I think it has a lifetime warranty too. It lets you lift the seats individually without pulling the cover off too
If you’re...
Threw my BD from the G2 on this truck. I was hesitant to spend so much on LED lighting since there are such cheap options online....but these things are still rock solid. 6x squadrons, 2x 10" S8 bars, and some S2 reverse lights.
Now I need some XL80 A pillars.
I've done it before on another truck and will not do it again. It's sketchy at the minimum.
I paid $250 for the install and would have paid way more than that.
The only time I needed 4wd since I got my 23 was a creek crossing with some mud...I had almost the same thing but no issues since (I disconnected the negative terminal for 10 min).
I was hoping it was some random new truck glitch.
Did you figure out what the exhaust rattle was?
My rattle was specifically while in drive, but in neutral...stop light, drive through, etc. Once it went into gear or park, it went away.
The dealer thinks it's some mount/"weight" where the exhaust turns at the crossmember by the t-case. The...
Just hit 2k on mine, rock flew forward of an 18w coming towards me and hit the bottom drivers corner. Spread to about a dollar bill, tried a resin kit but it was too big. Did the drill trick and it seems to have stopped the Crack but I assume that I'll need a new one shortly
Mine seems to do it constantly. It complains so much that I just don't use it much. My g2 didn't do it as much, and the wife's old Lexus and now Infiniti will warn you but not so often.
I drive with one hand at 5:00 or so, maybe that's it
Has anyone found a Forscan setting to change the amount of time before the alarm for "place hands on wheel" when in cruise control?
I will have my hands on the wheel and it still alarms, over and over, to the point that I usually don't use the lane assist

Parts finally came in so I'll be taking it in the second week of March (earliest they could get me back in).
Found out none of the lights work on my passenger mirror either haha
I remember my first truck having roll up windows and manual locks. It sucked.
FOr me, the biggest tech/convenience advantage of the g3 over g2 is wireless Carplay haha.
I've posted in a few threads but also had something like this. Mine rattles enough to feel in your seat/wheel etc and you can hear from 10+ feet away. When I got under the truck, you can feel/hear where it's coming from (near the transfer case) and then I found an exhaust leak as well.
The...
I'm with the guys on here wanting tech. I off-road quite a bit....and drive fairly far to get there. I would love bluecruise, but probably wouldn't use massaging seats. That said, bluecruise isn't that great over the CoPilot 360 from my experience.
I enjoy a lot of the tech in these trucks...
I never understood the Recaro color choice. A grey or different shade black would have been the better choice from the start. They moved the black R wheels to all 37" ****** trucks this year. They added the "R" button for all trucks.
I have no idea of what their options will be going forward...
Did you happen to read my posts? 300 miles on mine, Late Oct build.
Mine seems to be around the transfer case/transmission rather than the e-valves closer to the rear wheel well. You can put your hand on the exhaust and feel the shaking. Mine is where there is a cross member under the t-case...
We discussed this and decided to do it. I contacted the salesman to let them know we were doing it and they then said if it had someone else, they would still add 10k ADM. I’m not sure the legality behind that, but just decided to let it go.
