I had the same thing about a month ago, code P2BFB, CEL and exhaust modes not changing. Tech found circuit CBK03 corroded and split about an inch from the connector. They ordered an new pigtail and repaired and it has been good since.

Made the date by only a couple days. Talked to my dealer and they called ford and were able to get it added to the campaign. Wasn't really a big deal but if they'll put it in for free then why not!

Same here, after an incoming call works fine. I have found for outgoing calls , if I go into the phone settings in the truck and just change it to bluetooth - no android auto, the outgoing call will work fine. Bit of a pain but it works
