How much play is there supposed to be in the front drive shaft/ transfer case? U joints are good but play is in the TC.

It’s pretty stout. I think the bed rails would fold before the rack would.

Finished up this bed rack for a roof top tent just before our Moab trip. Thought I’d share it.

I have not been happy with mine. They had a very bad cupping issue and once that finally wore away I just had one separate very badly in Moab. That was light off-roading with my family on the shafer trail. I will be going back to Toyos or trying Nitto next.

My canyon coolers 125 is amazing. It holes ice better than my yeti 45 and the square design helps for packing thing around it in vehicles. Best part is my yeti fits inside the cantyon for garage storage

Well this is a rant but I’m a new raptor owner. I got a 2012 screw with 42k less than a month ago and I’m pretty shocked so far with the issues. First it stopped shifting and luckily the dealer cover it (tranny output shaft sensor) but they had it for 6 days, then the right read door ajar was...

Remove the top 3 nuts with 15mm. The sway bar requires a backup to keep the bolt from spinning, an impact helps with that. The bottom bolt is a 27mm with 30mm backup. Get a breaker bar or use a “cheater pipe” and it comes off with easy.

If you pull the shocks and look underneath the coil bucket you can see wear from where it sat from the factory. There’s only one gap between the 3 bolts that should be there. Maybe that will help

I just moved mine to mid perch, it was easier to just pull the shock out and compress the coil on the ground, one set screw was seized so I drilled it out, the other loosened fine. Overall wasn’t too bad

It’s was the tranny output shaft sensor. Dealer fixed it and so far no issues

Dealer is saying it’s the output speed sensor. Part is on order so hopefully that fixes the issue
