I popped my trucks cherry at 2500 miles completely stock almost one year exact. It did really well. Of course I saw all the other cool trucks on the run and quickly made a mental note of the things I needed and wanted to add. They help a little but it did fine while stock too. Exceptions would...
I'm going to agree, one of the things I was hoping to gain was less sag when towing our travel trailer. The gain was minimal if anything. Nothing revolutionary.
I'm keeping my truck for a while, it's paid off and have no intents on getting Gen 3 at the moment. I realize the oem leafs are not the best, but I had most of my warranty left to address any unforeseen issues. Now I'm stuck with Icon's that make a crap load of noise. I'm going to the Off Road...
I know it has to be them, they were fine at first. I just noticed from my last run about 3 weeks ago they got really loud. If I do leaf springs again they will be the stock ones. Not aftermarket.
The other day, I drove my father in laws completely stock raptor. His Raptor and mine were purchased one week apart. We also have similar mileage. 10-11K and both are 2020's.
It's his daily and uses to drive out to the ranches where we grow crops. I also use mine as a daily but I've been...
If you plan on putting after market wheels, off-road and don't like mud flaps. Keep the graphics. The black portion of the decals is perfect. That area usually gets blasted with rocks and dirt can even have a sandblasting effect. I'd keep them. Trust me I speak from experience.
So I was doing some research on the Icons because I've got a similiar clunking noise at low speeds as of some have stated here. I recently went on a run and it's definitely there. I looked under there today and noticed one of the retaining clamps was loose and tightened all of them up. My spare...
If you can and are willing to invest more on these I'll suggest SDI Eclik system. They can make the live valve work on 17-18's. On a recent Raptor run we went on. One of the guys that works for them had fully functional live valves on his 2018. They have a controller that mount on your A-pillar...
I think the white looks really good with the graphics, you can see all the details. Congrats on the new beast and welcome! Ford should offer "Star White" on the Raptor as well. Imagine :headbang:
That blue interior goes well with the AMB exterior. White would look nice too. I love the graphics, the rear applique and graphics are what make it stand out as a Raptor, not sure why people delete them. To each is own. Congratulations!
It's blowing the up fitter fuse. The S8 does not come with inline fuse.
So I noticed I did have the excess wire from the harness wrapped up to make it shorter (sharp bends). I had it pretty tight and had zip ties holding the bundle. I was also sharing the ground point with my other BD lights...
