Highly doubt any major changes will be seen for 2025, maybe a new/different color option. No way they are tooling up for new headlights or body lines, especially since 2024 was a refresh for gen3. Assume 2024 - 2026 will all basically be the same.

No issues on my 802a so far aside from this random screw laying on the drivers side floor one morning. I tried looking under the dash to see if I could find where it came from but no luck.

I'll check with him and see when the last time was he calibrated the gauge. He was getting consistent readings all around the truck that were sub 1.5mil. And then the front clip was very thick 10+ everywhere. Which could make sense as that is sprayed separately then the body/bed.

On the couple cars I've had my detailer measure it's been 4-10mils. Note in my original post above, the entire front clip (fenders, hood, bumper, etc) measured 10-14mils on my truck. Just the roof, doors, bed sides, etc are suuuuper low. I'm guessing cost cutting once again by Ford.

2024 802a into detail for ceramic coating this morning. Check out how thin the body paint is on the truck. Has anyone else seen results like this? It’s pretty concerning to see so thin. The entire body and bed is less than 1.5mil but the front clip was 10-14mil.

They are custom specd to order, cut in the US, and forged.

I've noticed similar issues on my 2024. Hoping there will be an update in the near future. Assuming it's software vs hardware.

Quoted 7.8% 60 month through ford with an 840 credit score just a few weeks ago. Also had quote through BoA 6.09% 60 months. Ended up just doing cash.
