Ok fine! Lol And ya happy to help. Good luck man! Gotta check out Cody at TheRaptorConnection instagram, he gets leads on decent prices sometimes, and they sell in minutes!
Hi there! I've heard about what you're talking about, but I have no idea how to do it, or how it works. These computer controlled shocks are over my head Lol.
How does it help to adjust the shocks for the ride height? Am I throwing off the shocks now that I put the spacer in the rear?
And do...
Yes, I've always been a level only guy, not higher in the rear, but on this truck I prefer it the way it sits now. I think the truck just works properly with this stance! And a little extra clearance in the rear with these big ass tires doesn't hurt!
Nice man awesome! Looking forward to the pics and seeing the shell.
Yes, I was surprised at the change in feel from such a simple upgrade. Nice that Foutz is making these
The parking spot is slightly sloped down away from the wall for drainage, but not much. I’ll see if I have another pic on flatter ground.
The tires are a 10/10, very impressed!
Oh ya! That’s going to look GOOD! You have plans already, or waiting for more to become available?
Perry Ford here in Santa Barbara has a leadfoot available. Spoke to them earlier today. It’s a $78k MSRP and they’re only asking for a $32k ADM Lol! Seriously, not joking! Hahaha $110,000 plus...
It's the shaft in the shock that is different, not the overall shock - I think it's 1", vs 7/8" shaft on the 35 package.
The suspension travel is 1" less on the 37" package, and I think that's is due to having limited up travel for tire clearance.
I thought the 37" package cleared the larger tires due to the limiting of the up travel ford built into the suspension on those models. I do not think the 37" is any higher in the front then the 35" package, the tires just move upward an inch less.
See below, it has the part number and all the details. I had a shop install, but they did it real quick, I think it took them about 60-90 minutes. I’d like the new springs like you mentioned as well, but there’s not even a guess as to the ETA for those. I talked to Custom Spring Specialities...
Oh ya! I’ve got to figure out how to recalibrate my speedometer. That will help, and I like how the mileage got better with use. Fingers crossed Lol! You know how I can recalibrate???
Damn I’m surprised! I guess if we all just stayed stock we could rip harder and then just blame Ford if anything didn’t work right! Lol. FML I can’t stay stock though!! Haha
I don’t have this setup, but I can’t imagine you’d have any trouble! I have +6 17x8.5’s and 37x12.5-17 Nitto Trail Grapplers and I’ve gone pretty hard the front clears no problem. I’ve only had clearance in the rear on the front side of the fender because the diameter of the tire comes so far...
