Its funny they make a ford spec KO2 load C speed T rating and a jeep KO2 C S speed

Raptor R - I want one, but when should I buy one?

Since you already got a nice truck right now I would shop around until you get an R for MSRP I think i remember seeing TRXs can go as much as $20k below MSRP?!

5.0 swap vs building the 6.2

I guess the megazilla is a built engine which could prolly be rebuilt from a godzilla much cheaper?

5.0 swap vs building the 6.2

With a supercharged 6.2, the driveshaft seems to be the weak link

5.0 swap vs building the 6.2

I would have thought the 5.0 would have been "easier." Looks like the 7.3 is way to go but still not easy and or have it work without issues

5.0 swap vs building the 6.2

For about the same price as a 6.6L livernois https://performanceparts.ford.com/part/M-6007-MZ73

5.0 swap vs building the 6.2

The juice isnt worth the squeeze for a 6.2, the 5.0 has way more aftermarket parts and support though the 7.3 looks promising. Also not to mention probably needing to upgrade the trans and driveshaft. Isnt a built Livernois 6.6L?

5.0 swap vs building the 6.2

Would have been nice if ford made a gen 2 6.2

    BF Goodrich KO3

According to BFG KO3 315/70R17 C are not being made but a D next year. Either ford is going with a different size (thought nothing in the KO3 ~35" R18 C range in the works), manufacturer, same KO2 C if BFG will still make them, or 37 standard for gen 4 (KO3 37x12.50R17 C in 2026)

    24 Raptor R trombone exhaust

Supposedly the fomoco trubone isnt quite equal length according to spd. ive seen pics of spd and oem side by side and nothing will make the EB sound good not worth buyin either unless a takeoff

    BF Goodrich KO3

    BF Goodrich KO3

In 2026 the 35 C tire is 35x11.50 not 35x12.50 or 315/70 equivalent. Kind of hint ford is going with a different size tire after 15 years
  19. S

    BF Goodrich KO3

The ko3 in 315/70r17 is a load F 12 ply tire, thats why its ~8 lbs heavier!
  20. S

    BF Goodrich KO3

Looks like there will be a D available next year with no plans for a C. Its funny they make two C rated ko2, a S and a T speed rating i could see the next gen going R18. the R should have gone 18s with upgraded brakes
  21. S

    BF Goodrich KO3

Dont hold your breath. the ko3 F has 1/32 extra tread is about 8 lbs heavier then the ko2 C.

2017-2018 Gen 2 plastic oil pan change to aluminum pan

I think its upto 2018 will need different cooler lines or the pan that comes on long blocks dont fit upto certain 2018s whats the point of buying the RMB unless its a modified ford pan??? its like 4 x the cost than the dealer

    Goodyear Territory MT

KO3 should be coming out soon Well there is a KO3 out in a 315/70r17 but a 12 ply F load rating! Unfotunately looks like there not coming out with a load C or any other ply anytime soon
