Powder coating is definitely better than paint, 100% better. A good powder coating place should know at 350 degrees you're good, and not going to ruin the springs. 400 degrees and above, you will. So heat is a major player. I'll second Prismatic. They are the only powders I ever use.

Forgot to mention which IMO, is very important. DATE CODE Wherever and whatever you decide to get, make sure you check the date code. We're half way through '20, so don't take anything but this year's rubber. Have them show you it before you buy the tires.

Always have a budget in mind, and with tires, think big! I've been a Toyo boy forever. Yes the MTs are a heavy tire, but the RTs are similar to stock weight, and Toyos wear like iron providing you rotate them. Figure somewhere in the neighborhood of $1400 or so.

Ask to see the invoice. Any decent dealer usually will show you. That's what the dealer pays. Bottom left hand corner you'll see HB with a number underneath, which is their hold back. Tell them you'll pay invoice. As mentioned, I would be worried about seals, tires and things like that.
