You are putting on a lot of miles, over 20k miles per year.
At the end of the next 4 years, the 2020 with 30k miles will then have 110k miles. And you would also be $24k lighter in the wallet.

Do you even need a truck? If so, get the Raptor. If not, then a toss up. Both hold resale VERY well. And at this point in time, likely the Braptor holds value even a little better given the relative scarcity.
Personally, I wouldn't spend more (and perhaps less) on a truck someone else modified. Too many variables to make me comfortable accepting someone else's handywork. Also makes me wonder after the PO spent so much on mods, why is he selling it? Something wrong? You may be better off taking off...
