    Tons of headroom

Inaccurate info from Ford. The regular 3.5 ecoboost in the F-150 is boosted to 16psi. The Raptor is 18psi, published in many auto journalism sources. First, the K04 turbo it uses would be totally wrong for an OEM application that only wanted 13psi. They simply would have used a different...

Well, to be fair they have stopped saying that "Quality is Job 1".

    AG 801A screw arrived

According to Ford's website, the only way to get painted mirrors is with 802A pack. The configurator won't even let you build it otherwise so I don't know why you are confused. I think that if you spec 801A and then spec the spotlights, the configurator will generate an image that shows body...

    JMS Boostmax Tuner

Sounds like what is commonly known as a "piggyback" tune. Not really a tune at all but a bunch of harnesses that you essentially mate to various stock equipment to fool the ecu into requesting more boost. They can be well executed but they have more limitations than a proper flash tune.

2017 Raptor Boost (PSI) and boost gauge

I am reading 18psi from multiple sources, which makes sense given the choice of turbo. Normal F-150 ecoboost boosts higher than 13.2 from the factory.

    Hp/Tq numbers with mods

Compressor housing puts the useful ceiling at 22psi for a KO4. That is of course assuming that is the turbo we have here. Anybody with a truck able to find that manufacturer plate on the compressor side with the p/n on it?

http://www.motortrend.com/cars/ford/f-150/2017/2017-ford-f-150-raptor-first-test-velocity-raptor/ That is from MotorTrend so pretty reliable. I saw many reiterations of that 18psi figure in my searches. Always brought up in terms of what was changed from the garden variety ecoboost (port and...

    Hp/Tq numbers with mods

Naw man, I know. And it ain't possible. Just to reiterate, nobody who wants their factory turbos to last more than 9 minutes is going to see 200bhp out of a tune and downpipe on a 2017 Raptor. Made by Ford. With a 3.5L biturbo V6. Oh, this is on Earth. Our home planet. So like not in space...

    Hp/Tq numbers with mods

You didn't read that very carefully. The 200bhp+ gain for that RS7 is on 100 octane and is measured from the factory reported numbers on 91, which are waaaay low for those cars. 4200 pound, awd sedans trapping 120+ mph in the quarter. Please, that is a 600bhp car all day. The gains on that...

    Hp/Tq numbers with mods

95% sure that is a KO4. The identification plate will be over on the compressor side. It will look pretty much like that other tag that is riveted on in your picture. It is probably oriented so the tag is hidden from your view the way you are looking at it. Grab a little mirror and flashlight...

    Hp/Tq numbers with mods

Man, that is hard to see what is stamped on the actual turbo. I am forward deployed and my only internet access is a tiny phone. Can anyone with a good monitor make out what is stamped on that turbo? I am talking about the darker grey metal thing, not the shiny metal bit with the...

Longtime Audi and BMW driver here that has extensive experience in tuning forced induction platforms both for maximum power and for useable power. I have gotten away from forced induction lately and I am currently enjoying the last gasps of the naturally aspirated engine in a 2015 Porsche 911...
