I too have the backup sensor going crazy issue. Would love to know if there's a DIY fix or does the sensor have to be replaced or the system recalibrated.
Traded in my Iconic Silver '23 a few days ago for a '24 in Shelter Green. I don't like the wheels on the '24 801a at all so I got the dealer to agree to swap my forged wheels from my '23 onto the new tires and put them on the '24. Much better looking in my opinion!
When looking for a process to hopefully disable the visual seatbelt reminder, I found a video showing how to disable the audible reminder on YouTube and it worked for me.
My '23 had the radio go off once the door was opened. I just traded in for a '24 a few days ago and this one the radio doesn't shut off until the driver gets out of the seat.
Wasn't sure if there was some kind of trick or something that I wasn't aware of. I'm not opposed to Forscan, but a.) I don't have it or a Windows laptop and b.) I didn't know if that was something that could even be changed in Forscan.
Traded my '23 Iconic Silver 801a for a '24 Shelter Green a few days ago. I hate the black wheels on the new 801a's so I was able to talk the dealer into swapping the new truck's tires onto my forged wheels and then install them onto the new truck at no cost. I think it looks way better. And I...
Wait a sec. Are you saying the Mini and this mount are slim enough that the thing can be mounted to the inside of the sunroof and the sunroof shade can be closed without any interference?! I have the regular Starlink and had no idea the Mini was that thin, if that's in fact what you're saying.
I agree. At least as far as any cosmetic changes. We'd have seen something with camouflage on it driving around to hide the changes. But not if it were things like bumpers (factory winch option?), powertrain changes 20-30 HP bump via tune adjustments?), interior changes, etc.
This actually wouldn't surprise me if it was true because that new Ram RHO really gives the Raptor (non-R) a run for it's money, and for a lot less money. So maybe that competition is forcing Ford to take some actions they might not have otherwise taken, or not yet taken?
You guys are making me jealous. I hope I get this update soon!
There's no way to go through a list of updates your truck has received, is there? I don't see anything in the Ford Pass app for a history of installed updates. I don't recall seeing anything in the infotainment center itself, but I...
I got that same one and was hoping that maybe it also secretly had the audio update. Lol. But since I got that power management update, I keep getting CarPlay connection errors. Ugh!
The 2025 Mustang order guides have come out, so hopefully the F150/Raptor order guides will come out any day now. Would love to know the Raptor colors for 2025 so I can decide if I want to upgrade or stick with what I've got.
I agree with this. I think if there were going to be much of anything changed, it would have been done for '24. I'm sure Ford knew the RHO was coming, so any notable changes will probably be when Gen 4 is released. Likely just color changes between now and then.
Speaking of which, when does...
As a GT350 owner with an MGW I can assure you it's absolutely worth it! The stock 350 shifter is a good bit better than the shifter in regular Mustang GT's with the crappy MT-82 transmission (which I also upgraded to MGW's), but there's still a significant improvement in the feel and shifts when...
Would a pair of those bed support bracket thingies help reduce or eliminate this issue? Or is it not the flexing of the bed but rather the vibrations of it that cause them to fail?
This is all great info. Thank you! Love how you've laid out your bed. I keep going back and forth on living with the Retrax and the lost bed space or changing the bed cover to the Revolver x4ts and reclaim some bed space plus the additional locations I could mount molle panels.
If I wanted a to replace the Rigid fog lights (controlled by the fog light switch) with one of the upgraded SR-M offerings, which one would provide the closest to a fog light-type of beam pattern, flood or diffused flood? I’m planning to change the aux switch fogs to the SR-M driving lights.
I'm curious about the standoffs or whatever they're called that you used to mount those panels to the bedsides. What are they, and how strong of a mounting point are they? I'm rather surprised @BuiltRight doesn't offer a full-length panel utilizing something along these lines to overcome the way...
