They are rocker braces or sometimes called bridges. They give more stability to the valve train. I installed those and oil pump gears the other day I wanted a bit more insurance do to my whipple blower make sure everything stays where it should. Haha

I run 35 in the front and 30 in the rear every day on the street Offroad I go even lower. I would think 30 and 25 see how that does Offroad and go from there.

It's all about how much and hard you Offroad. If you go fairly hard when you go off-roading then I would recommend the stainless works. If you go out and have a bit of fun and not try together the fastest lap then I would go with the dirty deeds. A few friends of mine has the dirty deeds setup...

Why don't you go with the new stainlessworks dump system hooked to there headers. I've had it on my truck for over a year now no drone and great sound. But you will piss off the neighborhood it's sounds great but it's on the loud side.
