    They are rocker braces or sometimes called bridges. They give more stability to the valve train. I installed those and oil pump gears the other day I wanted a bit more insurance do to my whipple blower make sure everything stays where it should. Haha

    It's all about how much and hard you Offroad. If you go fairly hard when you go off-roading then I would recommend the stainless works.     Why don't you go with the new stainlessworks dump system hooked to there headers. I've had it on my truck for over a year now no drone and great sound. But you will piss off the neighborhood it's sounds great but it's on the loud side.
