Hey guys, since this thread was brought back to life. Don’t ever get icon springs, they’re garbage. The heights/compression rates for each option is like throwing darts blindfolded. QC is garbage. I got my icons, tried two different option, and are installing Deavers next week.
Summary: Icon...
So I drove up to Maryland over break to visit family and right when I got up there I started noticing what I thought was a boost leak. I had just installed my SVC IC a few weeks prior so figured a hose got loose. While I was there temps were down to 20 at night and only around 30-40 during the...
Finished the lights, can’t wait for night pics!! I haven’t seen anyone use Rigid SL Amber bars like this before for fogs so I’m super pumped about the uniqueness. Lighting is now officially done!
Aux 1: Rigid DXL Pro Ditch Lights
Aux 2: Rigid Radiance 40” Curve
Aux 3: Rigid 10” SL Amber Fogs...
Got rained out installing some new lights, but still finished my OCD cable management making a custom wire harness for them. Whenever I wire lights everything is also heat shrunk with nice connectors and wire looms.
I wouldn't want to experiment lol. Looks like the relays are mounted to a circuit board. Pump more than the recommended amperage through that, especially from a Rough Country product, and you're asking to get to use your fire extinguisher.
Not the only limitation. Disclaimer for anyone entertaining this, you will limit your whole system to 50a. Our factory setup is better than this at a total of 60a as all upfitters have their own fuses (15+15+10+10+5+5). This system has a 50a inline breaker so you are limited to 50a total from...
This would be a complete waste of money and space on a Raptor in my
opinion. What’s the point? Our upfitters are not weak sauce. Most people only need 1 or 2 relays to run high amp draw lights. Nobody needs 6. Any decent equipment like a compressor or winch will also come with a relay because NO...
I’m using all the factory aux power for the actual upfitter switches. Only relay I have is one for the rigid radiance backlighting. I wanted it tied to the other amber lights up front and you can’t add even a fraction of an amp on to that circuit. You won’t blow a fuse, it’s monitored by the ECU...
Exactly. I did all this when I had six (6) pods in the factory fog light pockets and two (2) ditch lights on the hood. I just installed an ADD Stealth Fighter bumper so I now have a 40" bar in the center, two (2) 10" bars for fogs, and the two (2) ditch lights from before. I was able to just...
As many of requested, here is a write-up of my aux/upfitter wiring fuse block. Now before we start, I have to give kudos to @Swimmer for a lot of the initial inspiration for this setup.
Why would you want to do this setup?
You'll have extended wires from the factory aux wiring. Factory...
They don't settle, Icon will tell you the same thing. Congratulations you got fucked up Icon's that were higher than advertised. Same thing happened to me. Had to dispute with my credit card to get a refund from a shitty vendor and Icon will just tell you it's not their problem.
If you don't want to solder get 16 AWG wiring and use heat shrink crimp connectors. Crimp connectors aren't the greatest but if you get the heat shrink ones they give you that extra hold you need just in case the wire gets pulled.
Just stumbled upon this gem. Who knows what I’ll be thinking about 11 months from now when they ship.

I told myself that if one more person asked I would do a write-up thread on it, so I'll do that in a few days when I'm back home with a materials and tool list to everything I use for my very OCD electrical wiring jobs, but yes those red and blue wires are about 18" extensions soldered to the...
There is this one from Amazon that I know people have used but it hasn't been available for some time: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B081YX5237/?tag=fordraptorforum-20
I found one website that had them for $200 which is absurd. Anyone know where you can buy these? If you search the part number from...
Well I finished today, but over the last 2 weeks: Got an ADD Stealth Fighter bumper, Line-X’d it, and installed along with SVC IC, Rigid Radiance 40” Amber, Smittybilt X20, Factor55 fairlead, and Factor55 ProLink.
