Soldiers pass. Super tight in some spots. Like less than 6” on each side tight. I’m not concerned with some minor trail striping though. I bought a Raptor to use it. I’ll wrap it if they get too noticeable.
What’s up Raptor fam!! So next weekend I start my 6 week excursion from Florida to camp/hike/photograph all over Utah and Northern Arizona. Currently have no set agenda other than being pretty tied up the first week of Oct and Nov with Milky Way photography.
Who’s out there, and where are you...
Measure from your center bed bolts to the tailgate. I don’t have one but you can see that those holes with the black rings at the very top of the pic are your center bed bolts.
I have the 3rd to 4th regularly if I don’t let the truck warm up for a minute first. It’s all of about 200 feet for me before I hit a main road and am shifting to 4th.
SOLVED! Thanks to @FordTechOne
Not my fault, but the center console antenna was simply unplugged lol. I’ve never actually taken off that lower piece with the cup holders to expose it, only the top trim piece to run a phone charger to the USB port. Turns out the previous owner/dealer had broken...
Attached picture of the pin used. I’m going to check the center console antenna first thing in the AM. Service appointment is at 7:00. I find it very strange that I seem to lose antenna functionality on all 3 front ones, but somehow retain the rest of the functionality of the door handles. I’ll...
I should’ve noted earlier that I already tried taking out both the auto/stop eliminator and motion override, still had the issue. I know our trucks are weird with anything tapping into the sync system so that was one of the first things I tried. I also tried just resetting sync by disconnecting...
The aftermarket electronics I have that I feel could have affected something like this have been in there working just fine for a year. I have:
- Auto start/drop eliminator plugged in behind the monitor.
- Naviks (sp?) plugged in behind the monitor. This is only the one to override using GPS in...
Good looking out! Fingers crossed @FordTechOne has an answer. I do have an appt at Ford tomorrow but this is the same dealer that took 4 tries to properly swap a headlight so I don’t have much faith and would rather try to chase it down myself simultaneously.
Hey guys, been a while since I’ve been on here but need some fast help before my 6 week trip to UT/AZ next weekend. Out of nowhere this morning I’m having an issue with no key detected warnings, here’s what I’ve gathered:
- It applies to both fobs, I replaced the battery in both so it’s not the...
The problem is that the nut/clip combined piece of hardware is also technically a “one time use” piece. The nut breaks off the clip. This is what I was referring to earlier where you need a real thin wrench to wedge in there and you can grab just the nut from underneath when this happens.
Why would I not hate a company that provides a ****** product and doesn’t own up to its mistakes? I’m not hiding it, I hate Icon and will gladly let others no why so they don’t get stuck in the same situation I did.
To be fair, that’s one person. And deaver takes care of issues when it’s on them. There are dozens on here who have had issues with Icon and Icon doesn’t own up to their mistakes.
You don’t have to lift the bed for the middle two. I had one of those break on me, drop your spare if you have it in there and you can access those. Not sure about the two closest to the cab or the two closest to the tailgate though.
BOV noise is a testament to performance turbocharged vehicles. There’s a reason you have to vent to atmosphere with high performance IC upgrades like SVC’s.
