Double check the harness connectors as I found out when towing a boat, it may look connected but when I pushed on it more then I heard a nice CLICK noise and BOOM all the trailer lights started working
Sounds like a F250 Tremor is rt for you. Raptor has never been intended to haul loads other than light toys like a Dirt bike. Even has less towing and payload capacity than a regular F150
When is the last time you had your suspension serviced? Could be low on Nitrogen charge in the rear. Zoom in on my pic of my truck but my member thing. That's mine on mid Perch with fresh serviced shocks and you can see my back is atleast 2 inches higher than front
You might be rt sixshooter_45. Either way the truck was never ment to be a Mud Bogger and the water WILL go through your door seals and then you will have a moldy smelling truck. Not worth the risk. I've seen 1st hand what water does to differentials and trannies and it NOT GOOD
Should never go in water higher than ur exhaust unless equipped with other stuff more than just a snorkel. People always forget about the crankcase breather. End up ruining there trannys and or rear end
I was at the rt place at the rt time when I got my 2011 Gen 1. Got it brand new in November of 2012. Was a left over and is Fully loaded from factory except it didn't have navigation. Well nothing beats the navigation that comes on cell phones and I needed a crew cab at the time. MSRP on it at...
Been a yr since my stock Gen 1 got weighed at the town dump and I'm pretty sure I remember with a half tank of gas and just me in it was 6,300 something
Mine did that and it was 1 coil pack. Also truck went into protective mode, no Air conditioning since 1 cylinder was dead. Felt like I was driving a jack hammer and huge loss in Power
How much for the tent? Where do ya get one? How much room does it take up in the bed? Asking a lot of questions cause I think it is really COOL. I race Motocross on the weekends so my truck has bike, pressure washer and other necessities and the tent could be cheaper than hotels on my far trips
It's a blast to drive. Just keep in mind that the Raptor has less towing and payload capacity than even a regular F150. I'm mentioning this cause you said how you used to drive heavy duty trucks. It is not a work truck. It's a Fun Toy that will haul light toys like a Very light Camper can max em...
I don't know much about the Roush but a bone stock 2011 6.2L with good maintenance will run for ever. When ya start adding Super chargers and such there goes the reliability
Called a Resonator. See it alot on 4 stroke MX Dirt bikes. Like one guy said before. It's to settle down the acoustical vibrations from the exhaust sound
