It’s a Ford bolt clip. Unfortunately it sounds like the nut that is attached to the clip has broken off the clip and it’s just spinning. You will need to take off the skid plate and replace the ford clip.

Call Deavers. They have bump stop plates that work with their springs.

It’s a SIRIUS favorite. I think you have to login to your Sirius account on the web and turn that off. Or maybe if when you turn the channel to listen to Chicago you can toggle the “favorite” off.
