I've got those but haven not had them installed right, since its hard to align them to be flushed with the chrome trim nicely. They now sit in the garage.

My vote goes to 170 Thermostat and proper Fans tune. I live in an area reaching 120 degrees and sometime beyond that and have zero issue. I don't have the IC installed as of yet, but the same lights bars and a thermostat from SPD tuned by my self using HP Tuners.

I have them and been logging temperature for a month or so since the install. No difference and the shutters are working normal. Logging and monitoring is being done through HP Tuners. Very great product for its price.

I have the SPD 170 thermostat and it does not require any tune ( even though my truck is tuned by my self through HP Tuners). As MTF has mentioned, you would benefit from it more if the fans are programmed to come up earlier and in a different percentage too. It would run pretty close to the...
