Yup. Search "fake engine noise". Many discussions on it. Its not exactly the normal engine noise, but an enhanced noise to sound a bit beefier. This is not unique to Ford or the Raptor, others do it too. You can turn it off thru Forscan if it offends you.

There are alternative grill mounts that put the light bar on the outside/front of the grill in place of the "FORD" logo. I think it looks like ass, but it would give you some more lighting options.

"just for a brand name". Nope. BD are the best lights and its not "just a brand name". Best engineering, reliability and service standing behind their lights. Ran a bunch on my gen1 and in the works to do the same on gen2. Very happy with them.

From eliminating the light wash on the tailgate, does the SD rear bumper light swap mod actually improve visibility through the rear camera at night while backing up? If so, how much. I've seen a few pics but its hard to tell from them and would appreciate "review" from someone who's done it.
