Ok, got my truck. I could commit now to following at Havoc: install sound deadening throughout cab, install NAVTV, install ham radio and antenna.

I picked up a dealer order that was just scheduled for production and had the options I wanted. Without checking exactly it took about 2 months start to finish.

Ohhh... think you're right. I had thought that black box was a converter for 110 to 12 vdc but looks like its an inverter subject to the possible burn up, etc... Why do these things need to run on high voltage?? Anyways...
