For me it was an easy decision. The Scab was the only one that was going to fit in my garage. I wasn't comfortable leave a 70k rig outside in the driveway. Plenty of room in the Scab and never have an issue with door rattle. The Gen 2 will be the last generation that they will make the Scab so...
Loving the new Alphaequipt Delta wheels in the +25 offset. After driving a set of zero offset wheels it feels way better having the wheels back underneath me.
California is and will always be it's own island and that moron in Sacramento is certainly no different. After living in this miserable state for over 20 years their is really nothing that surprises anymore. I don't have any problems with the electrification direction the industry is headed in...
Just a quick up date. Picked up the truck this afternoon and the Ford dealer was able reset the pcm/tcm and update the new shifting software. I guess the sequence involved is temperature sensitive so they had do it twice before it was all set. Now she works and shifts perfect. Thank you all for...
I normally let it sit for a minute before shifting it into drive or reverse but I can't remember if that's the case all the time. The Ford Tech did say that it is shifting into drive a little harder than it should but going to check today to see if the procedure was followed. I'm a bit concerned...
So I have been having issues with a hard shift when putting the truck into drive and after searching the forum I took the truck to Ford dealer to have the pcm updated in hopes of correction the issue. After 2 days no such luck. The trans shifts fine after placed into drive, it’s just that...
The main problem with trying to park my Scab in the garage is not so much fore and aft but positioning it as far to right as possible without touching my cabinets. I'm looking for something that will detect the right side when pulling into the garage. I have to fit my wife's Lexus in the garage...
Like so many others I have been searching for a Raptor 17-19 SuperCab for a while now. In California the SuperCab is more difficult to find and Raptors have the California premium price tag on them. I just found and drove a 2018 with 6/18 manufacture date unit with 802a, carbon package, graphics...
I was at a dealer here in LA over the weekend looking at a 2020 Leadfoot 802A Scab with an MSRP of $65k and dealer wanted $70K and was not moving on it a bit. I even had an A plan pin in hand but knew that the Raptor didn't qualify for A/Z plan which is a real pain. So the search continues.
