That’s clearly a supervisors vehicle, or an extra for higher command personnel. Actual use would have beat up the interior a lot more.
I’m going to say it’s likely not a CBP based on the bed of the truck. Don’t see scratch marks where a sliding bed would’ve been bolted in.
Took the Raptor up Imogene Pass on the way to Ouray last month. Coming from Telluride side, there are some VERY tight spots for a raptor along the canyon wall. Just thankful no one was trying to come down because I don’t know if I would’ve been able to reverse it back down, winding through such...
Raptors are allowed at Swing Arm City? I looked up Capitol Reef and it looked like only OHV/UTV/ATV's were allowed. Are you allowed on the benonite dirt to open it up full throttle in the trucks?
Spare wheel from my raptor going for $50 + shipping. Never been driven on.
This is the factory OEM wheel that came with the truck and is marked by Ford for temporary driving only.
I keep the extra fob with some cash and an extra credit card in a faraday bag hidden somewhere in the cab. The faraday bag blocks the radio signals of the fob so the truck doesn’t know it’s in the cab.
Purpose is for if/when I lose the fob (or entire EDC to include wallet), I can always get...
We are the ones at fault for allowing this stupid markup game to happen. The dealerships are taking full advantage and not being honest. There’s nothing to stop them from taking the one allocation for an R they have (that they claim you have an order in for) and giving it to the guy who comes in...
I have one.
Not a big deal at all. I can pull on the outer clam shell enough to make it bend and gap, but honestly the fit is so tight that if dust does get up there, it's stopped by the bunched up tent material that's wedged in there. You are not going to get dust INSIDE the tent whatsoever...
Yuk...'can't stand them.
And attack mode with no rattling is now their current biological evolution. Wildlife biologists in TX are saying that their genetics have evolved that way as a survival mechanism since the rattling gives them away to hogs.
Training area at work has them everywhere...
Ford is putting that in to watch you. They don’t care to do the watching, they care about selling it for enormous amounts of dollars. You must’ve not read my original post.
“I don’t do anything wrong so I don’t care.” You should bc it’s still an invasion of your privacy. And you don’t do...
You may have mistaken my first post. I believe I have much more experience in this arena than probably anyone here. Although I’m not a developer, I am a professional end-user of these technologies. There are horrendous and mind-boggling technologies that are out there and being used right now...
Alright, read most of this thread.
What's crazy to me is that the cop on here is trying to expose the invasion of privacy and telling everyone what these cameras are really used for, and everyone else is making an argument against it - placing a tinfoil hat on the cop. Who do you think...
This is incorrect. It's called expectation of privacy, and it is slowly being diminished more and more by arguments like this. Courts have already established case law on all of this. If law-enforcement and intelligence agencies aren't allowed to pry into areas where you inherently have an...
The real concern is that they have invaded your privacy and can do what they will with it. Worse: they can inject false evidence through the same means they extract your personal info. This has been done a gross amount already.
TL;DR everything, but here is my input to OP and everyone:
Speaking from much experience, and still active…
Every electronic device made these days is actively spying. I promise you. Even your TV, your power tools with Bluetooth, your Apple Watch, your Ring or Nest cameras and thermostats…...
Well-kept secret??? . That place is crawling with people, especially on the weekends. Even 20 years ago, it was pretty well-known among climbing community to head over there from CO or WY if they got tired of snow to do some rock routes and mountain bike the trails.
I went through an issue with my newly purchased '18 going through batteries. Even severals weeks after getting a brand new Odyssey. Finally discovered, that the siding tray door in the center console (in front of the gear shifter) has a lamp that turns on when the sliding tray is open. And...
