It doesn't really make sense that your grind is gone after replacing the valve. Since yours was capped, your IWEs are always engaged so that valve is essentially useless.
Probably hard to tell now, but if the break doesn't look new in some spots, maybe you had a rock or something wedge itself between the caliper and wheel cutting a groove in the wheel and the impact from the whoops finally broke it?
Yes the HPFP can be noisy. It's run off the cam and the roller tappet is a maintenance item to check often when running a XDI pump. May be something worth checking?
Motorcraft roller tappet: AA5Z-9C587-A
XDI instructions which show how to remove the stock pump if needed...
It is simulated stock.. as in it is still a Cobb tune, but is there so you can easily run stock parameters without having to uninstall the accessport each time. You would need to uninstall the accessport if you need to return to the stock tune
Are you sure your ABS was kicking in? Not much you can do to the brakes to make them stop better if they're locking up enough for ABS. I'd say tires are more your limiting factor
Agreed, it will at least help to narrow it down to those causing the alarm to go off. I think you can default them off, or maybe even disable them with Forscan so you can at least lock your truck until you figure out why it's happening
This is usually from some sort of flying bug setting off the interior sensors. I'd try disabling them by selecting perimeter only on the dash before you lock the truck and see if it still occurs. Do you have Fordpass setup? It may tell you what triggered the alarm
I'm pretty sure the 3" are what people have been running even if they get 2.5". The 2.5" seem to be new, I haven't seen any info on them until now.
Also if you're not aware, the 17-18 get more of a lift than the 19-20 because they sit higher from the factory
Hopefully someone with a 21 will post soon. But according to the review it looks like it still has at least what the 19-20 had:
Measurements:
And under Raptor Info also lists MyGauges:
That should be how it works stock as well.
I saw someone mention they changed the '21 paddle shifters to actually downshift a gear instead of lock out gears. Would be nice if Cobb could make that an option on the Gen2 as well
I think there was a TSB for this at one point but not sure what years it applied to. Even with the TSB they can still rattle. Some have apparently fixed it with a spring from Lowes: Hillman part #543183

I could be wrong, but my understanding from Cobb was that their tune does not need updated. Essentially it only overwrites the tables it needs to and does not affect the base calibration.
