I think if you can get down to 38s range its a great deal. Figure its missing options so it does affect the resale down the road. You are going to rebuild the shocks ($1000). Tires?
Best of luck. Find out if they have the rings for the wheels? ($600 if you have to buy them, helps to negotiate.
Get a pack of baby wipes you are going to have a big old stupid grin all the way down and you would be drooling non stop. They call it Raptor ownership side effect.
Buy once not twice. Output besides the look is the most important thing when it comes to lighting. 4900 lumens is nothing. Try new PRO series Rigid stuff. I just replaced a rigid radiance 20 inch led bar on my truck with 20 inch rigid driving PRO light and this light is no joke to say least...
Check the battery, change the coolant, oil, filter, power steering fluid, flush trans and service differentials, check the brakes
Great truck to take on a long trip. I went to Canada this august put 2800 miles. Loved every second of it.

Mine started to wine a little bit, so i changed the fluid, put a PS cooler, a filter and its all perfect now. I have read that PS fluid should be changed every oil change, which is a pain in the ass, i am thinking every other oil change.
